Shipping

  • Order Processing & Dispatch: We process and dispatch most orders within 48–72 hours of placement.
  • Shipping Charges: Domestic orders over ₹699 qualify for free shipping. International shipments and return packages incur standard courier rates.
  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You may return any unworn, unused item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Defective or Incorrect Goods: Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can prioritize your claim.
  • Purchases from Other Sellers: If you bought our products through a third-party retailer, their return policy applies.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing Items in Return Shipments
If you indicate multiple products for return but send back fewer, we reserve the right to deduct up to the full MRP of each missing item (including promotional gifts or coins) from your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: After your return arrives and passes inspection at our warehouse, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exchanges & Replacements: To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for your replacement.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Log into our site or app and complete the return form, or email Customer Support with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Schedule Pickup: Keep your phone available for the courier’s reverse-pickup call. If they cannot reach you, they may cancel, and you’ll need to reschedule—potentially delaying your return.
  3. Service Limitations: Most PIN codes allow reverse pickups, but a few only support deliveries. If your area is not pickup-serviceable, you’ll need to mail the item back (e.g., via India Post). We’ll reimburse up to ₹70; any amount above that will be deducted from your refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Parcels

  • If your delivery arrives empty or with missing items, contact Customer Support within 48 hours. We require a continuous 360° video of the unopened parcel. Claims lacking clear evidence or showing signs of tampering may be declined. Final decisions rest with the company.
